Picture advertised is deceiving.

Location is close to Lembang tourist attractions.

Bed linnen have stained, pillow doesn't look good (very cheap and flat) an unattractive hanging picture on the wall. (would've been better without it). I've upgraded the room Found used tooth brush in a draw. Chair lining teared (looks like a cheap hotel). No knife available to spread the batter or jam on toast when asked for it we were told by the staff it's run out. Attended breakfast every morning during our stay there were no knifes. We used fork to pread the toast. Ridiculous

Ruined my Bandung experience.

The lobby was nice

Seriously for the price we paid, the room we stayed in was badly maintained, smelled like hospital, towels were dirty (doesnt look white), room was dusty, bed was rock hard, dont even start with the toilet. Horrifying! I can say public toilet was better, the smell, the looks of it, they are dirty! It was a waste of my money to stay here.

the place needs some work

the room was pretty big, the breakfast spread was quite good, tho the food was average.

the bathroom was very run down and poorly maintained, also the towels smelled weird. The room was right by the pool and we could hear all the sounds from other guests till late night and in the morning.

Nice location but can be cleaner

I like the location, it's uphill in Setiabudi. Weather is cool and it's away from the hustle bustle of the city. There's a pool, not too big but it's a plus and some children play ground next to it. I have goid deals with booking.com so it's wort it.

The bathroom is dirty. The facility is a bit old but that's fine as long as it is clean. Dirt on the shower fitting and toilet is visible. Please have the hotel's attention on this.

the front desk staff need to learn to communicate with each other. I was attending a seminar and it ended at 1pm. The night before I asked the receptionist if it was possible to check put at 1 because that is the time the seminar ends, he said YES. The next day though, they were telling me I had to check our by 12 noon. I was still at the seminar, my baby was still sleeping in the room and I hadto run to my room to get my belongings out of the room and of course, waking the babyand missing some parts of the seminar. Very disappointed. Next time, learn to communicate, keep your promises, be professional !! Had I known we had to be out at 12, I could have organised myself and my family to be OUT before that.
